About Terminal
Terminal is a curated digital operating network for Egypt's post-harvest agricultural export value chain: exporters, packhouses, cold stores, labs and logistics operators find each other, exchange RFQs, quotes and documents, and build one auditable digital operating history.
Membership is curated: every provider category has a minimum profile standard before it becomes searchable, and applications are reviewed before acceptance — the platform is not an uncontrolled open listing site.
Terminal is a technology venue, not a party to your transactions and not a regulator or certification body — "verified" means a documentation review, never a certificate or a guarantee. The legal pages carry the full boundaries.
The transition phase: Terminal-managed providers
During launch, some providers in the directory are listed by the Terminal team and have not joined the platform yet — they carry a "Managed by Terminal" badge. When a buyer directs a request to a managed provider, the operations team contacts them off-platform and enters their response and quote on their behalf, until their onboarding completes and the profile becomes a self-managed account.
A managed provider is never presented as "verified" — the badge states the listing's provenance plainly.
